Position and Language
If you give the Guide To Go® App (hereafter GTG) access to your location, it uses your location to guide you to your location. Without knowing your location, the service will not be able to guide you, because it does not know where you are. Each time you use and allow positioning, the following information will be stored for 6 months; which route is downloaded, when it is downloaded and which language is selected. This information is used to analyze, develop and improve the service, but is also important for adapting the infrastructure according to the amount of use and detecting data attacks or other operational problems. No personal information or location information is collected or downloaded.
Tools for Analyzing Use
We use various tools to analyze the use of the app and websites. This provides information about which pages are most popular, where the users come from, at what times GTG is most visited and errors that occur during use. No information identifying individuals is available for GTG.
Contact Form
If you contact GTG via contact form or email, your inquiry and contact information will be stored in a feedback system. We use the feedback to improve and further develop GTG. If you want your inquiries to be deleted, you can request this via the contact form.
